How much sky do we need?
If he has adopted us and and loves us and He is not on a budget, then why are we always pushing to get to the front of the line in case there isn’t enough of His love to go around? Why do we spend so much time competing with our brothers and sisters? His love is also extravagant, right?

How true. I guess our woundedness keeps us from sensing and accepting His love – hence the shoving at the front of the line. I’ve been thinking about this, how much we need to soak up our identity, how healing and restorative it is to truly live like we know Who we belong to…
