I was just sitting in a parking lot waiting for my husband.(For the first time in history I was actually early.) The weather this week has been mix of sun, rain, and snow with dramatic contrasts of bright light and dark cloud blowing through the valley. About fifteen minutes after I shot this photo the clouds turned from dark purple-ish blue to light grey and it began to snow.
This photo says to me “change is in the air.” The clash between darkness and light is all around. The season is shifting.
