Which Way?

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
    and do not lean on your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge him,
    and he will make straight your paths.

 Be not wise in your own eyes;
    fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.

It will be healing to your flesh
    and refreshment to your bones.

(Proverbs 3:5-8)

    1. Not too cold for January, almost balmy by Canadian standards actually. About 0C. (32 Fahrenheit) Really cold air doesn’t hold much moisture so we get most of our snow when it’s warmer than -10C. It can be fun, yes, but hard to walk sometimes. Thanks for stopping by, jseth.

    1. This is a photo. Most (but not all) of them are photos, in fact. Some are paintings. Is it fair to use art as a label? I think so. I used to say I would never use photo-enhancing technology, but I had so much fun playing with the Photoshop my husband gave me as a gift, that I got to thinking; if singers enhance voices with microphones, and writers include real-life experiences in their fiction writing to express the truth in their hearts, why not? I call it “painting with light.” If I need to use photography to give a just-the-facts account (for insurance purposes, for example) I print the date in the corner -with technology.
