We used to work in Pattaya with women and children trapped in prostitution. Apart from having to walk carefully to avoid the local police who were involved in it, plus local and Russian mafia, by far the hardest thing was to keep ones heart clean from hating them and the abusers…..hate is fatal in a believer.

I understand the struggle. It`s so difficult to protect victims and not hate the people who hurt them. I knew I could not afford to hate parents of foster children I cared for even though the children suffered things I can`t talk about. Some of the parents did change though and I`m glad that after some time the Lord showed me how to deal with my own feelings so they didn`t do further damage to relationships.
